We will clean your windows up to a height of 60 feet, as well as having the facility to clean soffit, fascia, atria, signage and panelling.

Gutter cleaning or gutter clearing is also available to our commercial clients throughout Essex and London as well, up to a height of 60 feet.

We also offer a Builders Clean service for any contractors looking to hand over a development with confidence of a clean finish.

Gutter Clearing

Pure Glass are able to clean gutters and downpipes on both residential and commercial properties up to a height of 40ft. We use a state of the art system known as a ‘Gutter Vac’ which allows our trained operatives to clear gutters safely from ground floor level by essentially ‘hoovering’ the guttering system with high powered pumps.

The primary concern with a blocked gutter or downpipe is that this can then lead to an ingress of water to your building resulting in expensive repairs to the internal and external parts of the building.

When compared to the cost of scaffolding, MEWPS (ie cherry pickers) and then labour, gutter clearing utilising our system is by far a more cost effective alternative.

All cleaning is done from the ground whilst using a wireless camera at gutter height to ensure your gutters are clear. We also provide before and after images if required for your records. As with our surveys, we are happy to supply a full rainwater system report with any recommendations for immediate to long term maintenance.

Gutter Surveys

It may be that you’re not sure on the current state of your rainwater system. pure Glass can survey up to a height of 50ft and give you either still or video images to help you decide if a gutter clean or any other maintenance is required. We then send you those files along with a full rainwater system report with any recommendations we’d suggest. This may be of benefit if you’re an insurance company needing a specific report or maybe a contractor trying to give an accurate estimate for any works required.
